Payments and Insurance
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company. You are responsible for knowing your coverage, co-payment, and/or deductible. Any amount not covered by your insurance is your responsibility. Private payments are accepted at the time of service in the form of cash or check. A receipt will be provided for your records.
